Terms & Conditions

At Willow & White, we value clarity, reliability, and care in everything we do. These Terms & Conditions outline the key details of Willow & White's services, helping ensure fairness, transparency, and peace of mind for both our clients and our team. By setting clear expectations, Willow & White can focus on what matters most - enhancing the beauty, comfort, and value of your home and garden with care and precision.

    • All quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

    • Acceptance of a quote constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions.

    • Services are provided as detailed in the quotation.

    • Any additional services requested outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.

    • Costs for materials, consumables, and green waste disposal are either included in the quotation or itemised separately.

    • Lawn clippings and garden waste will be left on-site unless green waste removal is requested.

    • Where additional materials are required, these will be billed at cost plus a handling fee (if applicable).

    • Payment is due within 7 days of invoice following completion of the job, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    • Late payments will incur interest at 2% per month plus recovery costs.

    • Willow & White follows best practice health & safety standards.

    • Clients must inform us of any hazards on site prior to commencement of work.

    • Work may be rescheduled due to adverse weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

    • Willow & White is not liable for delays caused by such events.

    • While all care is taken, Willow & White is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

    • Willow & White is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose fittings, or fragile items not disclosed prior to the service.

    • Liability for direct damage is limited to the total value of the service provided.

    • Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled work will incur a cancellation fee of $50.

    • By accepting a quotation or instructing us to proceed, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

    • Clients must provide access to an outdoor water tap with adequate pressure and a suitable power outlet if electric equipment is required.

    • Failure to provide these may result in delays, rescheduling, or additional charges.

    • Clients are responsible for removing or protecting fragile items, outdoor furniture, plants, or decorations in the work area.

    • Willow & White will take reasonable care to avoid damage but is not responsible for pre-existing surface imperfections or unprotected items. 

    • Clients must provide clear and safe access to all areas to be painted or stained, including fences, decks, gates, and surrounding work areas.

    • Surfaces must be reasonably sound prior to commencement. Willow & White is not responsible for issues caused by rot, warping, loose boards, flaking paint, or other pre-existing defects unless specifically quoted for repair.

    • Clients are responsible for removing or protecting outdoor furniture, plants, vehicles, or fragile items in the work area.

    • Painting and staining are weather dependent. Unfavourable conditions may result in delays or rescheduling to ensure a quality finish.

    • Willow & White will take reasonable care to avoid damage but is not responsible for pre-existing surface imperfections or unprotected items.

    • Willow & White will take reasonable precautions to protect property and landscaping.

    • Clients acknowledge that some surfaces (e.g. old paint, delicate decking, or fragile masonry) may be affected during cleaning or maintenance. 

    • Services requiring heavy machinery or ladders may be limited by site access, ground stability, or local regulations.

    • Willow & White reserves the right to refuse work where conditions are unsafe or unsuitable. 

    • Willow & White may take before-and-after photos of completed work for documentation or marketing purposes unless the client objects in writing. 

    • Willow & White will dispose of green waste and hazardous materials in accordance with local regulations.

    • Clients must disclose any environmentally sensitive areas on site prior to commencement of work.

    • Any complaints regarding services must be raised within 7 days of completion.

    • Willow & White will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

    • Willow & White reserves the right to inspect reported issues before undertaking any remedial work.
