These terms govern all supply of goods and services ("products") by Willow & White Limited ("Willow & White", "we", "us") to you, the purchaser ("you"), including your use of our website www.willowandwhite.co.nz ("the website").

They are effective from [insert date] and replace all earlier Willow & White terms of trade.

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website.

Purchasers must be 18 years or older.
All purchases must be for personal use only — resale without permission is prohibited.

If purchasing on behalf of a company or organisation, you warrant that you are authorised to bind that entity to these terms.

Availability & Supply

All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or refund.

Delivery & Collection

As part of your delivery quotation we will estimate a delivery date for your order based on current product availability and the freight company's forward delivery timetable for your location. This may be 3-4 weeks after delivery confirmation.

We encourage collection of your purchased products from Willow & White - Beyond the Garden Gate. We however, arrange delivery within a 25 km radius of Cambridge, Waipa region.

Deliveries once arrived at Willow & White - within the 25km area will incur an extra delivery fee dependent of product weight/size and quantity.

Customers outside this radius may contact us to discuss special delivery options before placing an order with their preferred freight company. You will need to arrange your own freight/packaging, as we will take no responsibility for any delivery damage.

Alternatively, products can be collected from the Willow & White Head Office by prior arrangement.

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders promptly after payment has been received.

If possible, please check your products when delivered, so if there are any damaged products - these can be reloaded and returned.

Please ensure the delivery address and receiver's name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we may be unable to change these details once the delivery order has been placed. We will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.

Pricing

All prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (15%), unless otherwise noted.

Delivery charges are additional and will be discussed upon purchase due to shape/size and weight of items.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time.

An invoice will be emailed to the address provided when you place your order - please ensure all contact details are correct.

• Stripe

Returns & Refunds

We follow the Fair Trading Act 1986 and Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, so please choose carefully.

If goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will meet our legal obligations to provide a suitable remedy (repair, replacement, or refund).

Liability Limitation

Where goods or services are acquired for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Willow & White is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage.

Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods or services purchased.

Failure by Willow & White to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.
